Come fare una gonna pareo
Benvenuta nel blog di Emma Fassio nella sezione blog Cucito.
Per realizzare la Gonna Pareo ho utilizzato il tessuto in viscosa di stof fabrics. Come filo per le cuciture ho scelto un cotone in un tono perfetto di Aurifil.
To sew the skirt Gonna Pareo I’ve used a viscose fabric by stof fabrics. For sewing I’ve used a cotton by Aurifil in the perfect shade.
In questo disegno vedete come ho tagliato il tessuto per le mie misure: vita: 68 cm, fianchi 96 cm. Nel secondo potete visualizzare come tutti i pezzi tagliati saranno uniti.
In the drawing you can see how I’ve cut the fabric for my measurements: waist 68 cm, hips 96 cm. In the second one you’ll see how all the cut pieces will be joined.
Posizionando le due strisce diritto contro diritto, le ho unite con la cucitura diritta lungo un lato corto, lasciando un’apertura centrale di circa 2 cm (sarà il foro dove passerà il cinturino del pareo). Ho aperto e ribattuto per tenere i margini aperti. Poi ho realizzato uno zig-zag lungo tutti i bordi per rifinire. Potete visualizzare i passaggi nel seguente disegno.
By placing right sides together of the strips for the waist band, I’ve sewn them together with a straight stitch along the shorter side, by living a central opening of about 2 cm (this will be the opening through which the waist band will pass). I have opened the margins and press them flat and sewn them in place. You can see the steps in the following drawing.
Dopo ho unito con una cucitura diritta e poi rifinito con il zig-zag la parte della gonna e il suo bordo, posizionando diritto contro diritto. Sulla parte superiore ho rifinito il margine con uno zig-zag. Sul bordo esterno ho realizzato uno zig-zag stretto per realizzare un bordino arrotolato.
Afterward I’ve sewn together with a straight stitch and a zig-zag the skirt part and the border, by placing them right side together. On the top I’ve refined the edge with a zig-zag. On the external border I’ve sewn with a tight zig-zag to resemble a rolling edge.
Poi ho unito con una cucitura diritta la parte della gonna con il cinturino della vita centrando l’asola con il centro della gonna.
Then I’ve joined with a straight stitch the skirt part with the waist band by centering the opening on the waist band with the center of the skirt.
